Sunset Cliffs Pilates a Premiere Pilates studio offers you Pilates Reformer workouts that challenge stability and coordination , heightens the flexibility and agility by challenging your overall strength along with devopling your core strength. Creating longer and leaner muscles which are more functional improving core strength, flexibility, and stamina. Many exercises that are performed on mat or floor Pilate’s workouts are brought to the reformer using spring resistance.
Again, this Pilates workout routine can be modified for someone with restrictions in movements to the athlete looking to improve on speed, strength, muscle function and also helping to reducing the risk of injury.
